Refund policy
We will accept a return for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
- Items must be in the same, new, condition as received: unused, unaltered, clean, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Returns/exchanges are not accepted on Final Sale/Clearance Items.
- Undergarments and tights are Final Sale.
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not returned, or is damaged, a deduction may be made from your store credit or exchange value to cover the replacement cost of the packaging.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please report any damages/defects within 60 days of purchase. We will be unable to provide a replacement/exchange after 60 days.
Store Credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card via the email address that was entered at checkout. For online orders, enter the code at checkout. For in-store purchases, present the QR code.
Buyers will be responsible for shipping fees of all returns, unless it was our error. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the store credit or exchange cost.
