Refund policy
We will accept a return for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition with tags attached and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, or any stains. Returns will be issued in the form of a store credit only. Returns/exchanges are not accepted on FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE items. Undergarments and tights are final sale.
Please report any damages/defects within 60 days of purchase. We will be unable to provide a replacement/exchange after 60 days.
Store Credit will be issued in the form of a Digital Gift Card via the e-mail address that was entered at checkout. In this Digital Gift Card e-mail, you will be able to click on “view gift card balance” to open an image of a gift card. There will be a code to enter that can be used to shop our online store carolinadancewear.com, and a QR code to use in store. In order to redeem your Store Credit in store, you will need to present this QR code. We can resend the Digital Card to your email, but we will not be able to access the code to enter at checkout.
Buyers will be responsible for shipping fees of all returns, unless it was our error. Buyers will need to ship back to our store using their own preferred method of shipping. Once we receive your return in the mail, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS are subject to a 3% re-stocking/processing fee.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Purchases made November 1st - December 25th may be returned for exchange or store credit if postmarked or returned in store 7 business days after December 25th. All other conditions from the standard return policy still apply.
