The first two orders of the subscription will act as a deposit while we wait for the shoes to accumulate. Nothing will ship until the 3rd order.

Add or make changes 3 business days before your subscription is scheduled to ship. Once your recurring payment has processed, your order cannot be altered and will be shipped as billed.
Be sure to update your preferences if you need different styles or sizes. Please note that changes may result in delays if we have to wait for stock from our suppliers.
The subscription will continue as originally setup for 2 months as we wait for stock to fulfill the updates.
Subscriptions may be paused. Please give us a 60-day notice via email. The subscription will continue for 2 months after we have received the pause request.
Need to cancel your subscription? No problem, we only ask that you give us a 60-day notice. Upon cancellation, the deposit from the first two orders will clear the remaining two months' worth of shoes to be shipped. These will be shipped in one shipment, at no additional cost.
