Customers get to choose their own shipping method at check-out. We offer different shipping options both domestic and international.
When an order is placed, the order must be processed, pulled from our warehouse, and packaged for shipping. This generally takes approximately 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please take this time frame into consideration when placing your order for items you might need in a hurry.
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the size, alter the order, or add to the order.
IF WE DO NOT HAVE AN ITEM ON OUR WEBSITE IN-STOCK, PLEASE CONTACT US! WE CAN TRY TO GET IT FOR YOU!
We will accept any return within 14 days of receiving an order. Items must be in new condition with tags attached and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, or any stains. Returns will be issued a store credit only. This applies to all purchases both in-store and online. We do not offer exchanges for online orders, but you may place a new order once we receive a return and your store credit has been issued.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns and will issue a store credit if postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Any orders placed starting November 1 through December 25, and are beyond the 14 day post mark policy, will also have the capability of receiving a store credit on Comment Sold or our website only. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ORDERS WILL NEED TO BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN MONDAY, JANUARY 4. Any orders shipped back to us beyond this date will not be eligible. Please remember any Door Busters or FINAL SALE items will not be eligible for a return/exchange/store credit and will be highlighted on your packing slip.
Returns are not accepted on FINAL SALE items.
Buyers will be responsible for shipping fees of all returns, unless it was our error. Buyers will need to ship back to our store using their own preferred method of shipping. For any returns that received FREE SHIPPING, we will deduct $4 for the first item and $1 each additional item returned. This is to cover our initial shipping fees we paid out for you in your first shipment. If a buyer paid shipping costs in the original transaction, no shipping costs will be deducted.
We do not offer exchanges. We only offer returns. If you would like a different size in the item you ordered, please submit a new order. This helps our shipping department expedite orders quickly and efficiently.
Once we receive your return in the mail, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded the cost of your items, minus the original shipping charges (if free shipping was received).
